How did Hitler capture his audience?

Hitler was a very smart speaker, he knew exactly what to say. It is said that his most powerful weapon was his voice, he used manipulation to capture his audience.
He pulled out all the stops to pull the German society in.
He captured their emotions to make them believe that he was fighting for them, and  brought up all the current disasters and acted enraged.
Hitler often started his speeches off with instantly gaining his audiences trust by saying "My German Fellow Countrymen and Women, My Comrades!"
This gave his audience a sense of inclusion, like Hitler was one of them. Eager to solve all of Germany's issues and make their society a better society for the future.
Hitler tells the depressed people that they are "the real representatives of Germany" one time he ever said "to my dear wounded man sitting before" this would capture emotions and make the people feel like he really cared.
