-Hitler was a Dictator,
-He convinced the German society that they were superior to the rest of the world and because Germany had no image of self worth and were very poor, Hitler was convincing. He persuaded them to think that they need to rule the world!
-Although he wasn't a very social person and couldn't hold intimate relationships, he was charismatic.
-He took on very ambitious projects, which generally showed the public that he was determined, passionate and selfless.
-In his speeches he touched the peoples emotions, often saying what the people were thinking.
-Although anti-Semitism was an issue before hand, he was persistent about it. Constantly pressing all the "wrong doings" of the Jews.
Hitler is not the answer to everything!

How did Hitler capture his audience?
Hitler was a very smart speaker, he knew exactly what to say. It is said that his most powerful weapon was his voice, he used manipulation to capture his audience.
He pulled out all the stops to pull the German society in.
He captured their emotions to make them believe that he was fighting for them, and brought up all the current disasters and acted enraged.
Hitler often started his speeches off with instantly gaining his audiences trust by saying "My German Fellow Countrymen and Women, My Comrades!"
This gave his audience a sense of inclusion, like Hitler was one of them. Eager to solve all of Germany's issues and make their society a better society for the future.
Hitler tells the depressed people that they are "the real representatives of Germany" one time he ever said "to my dear wounded man sitting before" this would capture emotions and make the people feel like he really cared.

How did hitler obtain leadership?
Germany
was in a state of chaos after War I, there was inflation and the collapse of
the currency. This Meant people were wheeling around wheel burrows of money to
by a simple loaf of bread because it had lost value.
Because things were so tough, people
were desperate. They wanted the easiest route out.
Adolf Hitler was a brilliant public
speaker, in fact some say he was the best public speaker to ever walk to earth.
He knew this and so he took that to his advantage. His rise to power included
factors like resentment in the German people, the weakness of the Weimar
system, and the exploitation of the Weimar system through propaganda.
The simplest way to explain,
is that mistakes were made, President Hindenburg died, and this is when
Hitler became the "Fuhrer"...
